The FH Europe Foundation Annual Network Meeting 2025 will take place in Zagreb, Croatia, from 14 to 16 November 2025, in collaboration with our network member, the Croatian Dyslipidaemia Patients Association, and under the patronage of MEP Romana Jerković.
Together, engaged for change!
For the third year in a row, we continue under this powerful theme to celebrate the achievements of the FH Europe Foundation Network and the wider community. The slogan reflects our ongoing commitment to fostering multistakeholder collaboration and meaningful engagement of patients, caregivers, advocates, scientists, researchers, healthcare professionals, industry representatives, policy makers, regulators, politicians, and many other key actors in the fields of health and prevention.
At the same time, it is a call to action – to strengthen engagement, to inspire involvement, and to build momentum. Whether as an individual, a family, an organisation, or a community, we all have a role to play in creating the positive change we strive for on behalf of patients and citizens we represent.
Programme and Agenda
Our programme committee has worked hard to co-produce a programme and agenda that reflect the goals, priorities and needs of our community. We are excited to share the latest draft programme and agenda here.
Run 4 FH Europe – PUBLIC AWARENESS RUN
This year, we are especially proud to partner with the Croatian Dyslipidemia Patients Association, FH Europe Foundation’s network member in Croatia and our local co-host in Zagreb. Together, we are excited not only to activate and engage the Croatian community of patients and experts alongside our international network, but also to conclude our event with a public race - Run 4 FH Europe, raising awareness and visibility of FH and related conditions in the local environment.
The 5km run will take place on Sunday after the event, starting at 14.00. The trace of the run will be around the Hilton Garden Inn Zagreb event venue, and we warmly encourage you to join as a runner and help raise awareness about FH.

Hybrid meeting in Zagreb
(By Invitation Only)
The main event, taking place in Zagreb, will kick off on Friday, 14 November, followed by sessions and workshops on Saturday and Sunday. Designed as a hybrid experience, participants can join in person or online.
Please note: The hybrid meeting is by invitation only, open exclusively to FH Europe Network Patient Organisation representatives, Patient Ambassadors, and other invited guests. At this stage, it is not open to the public.
